• Facilitated development of a dynamic, market-dominated business strategy, as well as design and execution of an executive and management succession plan for Saunders Construction Co., one of Colorado’s largest general contractors.
   
• Facilitated the development and implementation of a strategic plan for Baxa Corporation, a medical devices company, to help them expand their services and grow dramatically.  Also provided coaching to develop leadership and management capacity.
   
• Facilitated an ongoing vision, strategic planning and organizational development process for JD Diffenbaugh Construction and Inland Concrete Construction, a large southern California contractor and subsidiary, that led to sustainable doubling of revenues and a significant increase in profits from 2005 to 2008.  Facilitated executive and management team expansions/transitions at both companies that have positioned them for significant future growth. 
   
• Led a strategic planning and merger integration process for Atlantic Industries Limited, that has assisted the company to grow significantly, both organically and through acquisitions, domestically and internationally. 
   
• Facilitated executive coaching and strategic planning for Pharmacy One Source, a healthcare technology company, working with our highly efficient Structured for Growth™ process.
   
• Coached the new president and executive team at Design Mechanical Inc., an engineering and HVAC contractor, to take over management and strategically plan for fast growth in their industry.
   
• Facilitated a positioning strategy and a broad-based strategy for enrollment growth with the senior management team of The University of Denver.  Supported the Offices of Admissions and Financial Aid in creating alignment, focus and buy-in toward implementation of a very successful enrollment management strategy.  Facilitated development and management alignment for a strategic plan to create a Division I athletics program and build a $45 million Athletics, Wellness and Recreation Center.  Facilitated development of an integrated strategic plan and organizational structure with the Office of Undergraduate Studies for student success.  Assisted the Office of Communications to prepare a strategy and plan to increase the stature and visibility of the University. 
   
• Facilitated strategy development and management alignment for Vail Resorts, Inc. including Vail and Beaver Creek Ski School management. Worked with managers to implement strategy and optimize culture of ski schools with 1500 ski instructors.
   
• Developed and implemented an overall business strategy and a management plan to achieve the strategy with Boulder Scientific Company.  The implementation included extensive coaching of the CEO, coaching and professional development of managers, development of specific strategic objectives, definition of detailed action steps, and management support in achieving objectives. A management succession plan was developed and implemented. 1997-1999; 2003
