  • Led long-term change and organizational initiatives with such organizations as American Electric Power, Baltimore Gas and Electric, Dynegy, Kaiser Permanente, NASA, Oxychem (Occidental Chemical Corporation), and The County of San Diego
  • Provided one on one executive coaching at organizations such as Safeco Insurance, BSQUARE Corporation, Expedia, Inc., Merlino Construction, Real Networks and Gray’s Harbor Community Hospital.
  • Designed and facilitated senior executive team retreats for organizations such as Alaska Distributors, Gray’s Harbor Community Hospital, Virginia Mason Healthcare, The American Heart Association and Life Center Northwest.
  • Developed a change management program for Expedia, Inc. that was delivered to over 300 call center agents.
  • Designed and facilitated a Coaching Skills “train the trainer” program for SAFECO that was rolled out to managers nationwide.
  • Managed a contract, in conjunction with The Tom Peters Group, to deliver worldwide leadership development sessions to Tektronix, Inc. Personally facilitated 23 sessions to over 400 senior executives and managers.
  • Traveled globally to deliver over 100 management and leadership workshops in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, in conjunction with The Institute for International Research (London) for such companies as Neumann Steel Pty Ltd (Australia), Pinex Timber Products Limited (New Zealand) and Compaq Computers (Singapore).
  • Conducted focus group sessions, a culture change assessment survey and executive briefing sessions for a leading Portland/Seattle public relations firm.
  • Developed and delivered a series of workshops for the healthcare industry focusing on self-management in times of organizational change; A sampling of the participating  organizations included Children’s Hospital & Medical Center (Seattle), Northwest Hospital (Seattle), Kaiser-Permanente, and Provenant Health Partners (Denver).
  • Worked with senior executives at Weyerhaeuser Corp. to design a customized management training approach, create training modules and develop a nation-wide rollout strategy. Managers at 40 sites throughout the US were coached to deliver the new training and education program to their employees.
